Be aware that this new law has caused the formation of many of other websites claiming free credit reports.When
you use a site other than the www.annualcreditreport.com site there are lures which make the information not free at all. The FTC is attacking the operators of these sites, but the issue will not be solved quickly. Consumers seeking a free report with no strings attached should only use the site mentioned here.
